What is it?
Capillary pH balancer Tourmaline and amino acids- based. Provides antioxidant and antifrizz action. Strengthens, restores flexibility, offers shine and softness to the hair. | Aqua/water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Paraffinum Liquidum, Alcohol, Parfum/fragrance, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Disodium EDTA, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, BHT, Dimethyl Palmitamine, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Tourmaline, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Citric Acid, (Hexyl Cinnamal). |Apply the generous portion of the Balance System Step 3 and pause for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Finish as you wish.| | Usually ships within 48 hours.
